At VENDERBY'S, we want you to love your new fit, but if it's not the perfect match, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned clothing must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are intact and the garments show no signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
